Effective July 30, 2026 · Part of the Terms of Service.
Plain-language summary; not a substitute for legal review.
You agree not to use the Service, or any output from it, to do — or help anyone do — the following:
Discrimination and misrepresentation
- Discriminate against, target, or exclude anyone on the basis of a protected class, in any use of the Service.
- Publish AI output as fact without verifying it, or in a way that misrepresents a property, a price, a deadline, or your professional role.
- Create real estate advertising, listings, images, or communications that indicate a preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class (Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3604(c), and state/local equivalents) — or use output to steer, exclude, or target protected classes.
- Use output to make credit or tenancy decisions on a prohibited basis (ECOA / Regulation B, Fair Housing Act).
- Use AI-altered property images without disclosing the edit where disclosure is required.
Unlawful and abusive use
- Violate any law, professional rule, or code of ethics that applies to your work.
- Infringe others’ rights, submit others’ personal data without authorization, or attempt to breach security, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
