Acceptable Use Policy
Effective July 20, 2026 · Part of the Terms of Service.
You agree not to use the Service, or any output from it. To do, or help anyone do, the following:
Discrimination and Fair Housing
- Create real estate advertising, listings, images, or communications that indicate a preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local law (including the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3604(c)).
- Use output to steer, exclude, or target protected classes, or to make credit or tenancy decisions on a prohibited basis (ECOA / Regulation B, Fair Housing Act).
Misrepresentation
- Publish AI output as fact without verifying it, or in a way that misrepresents a property, a value, financing terms, or your professional role.
- Present a software-assisted opinion of value as a certified appraisal, or present analysis as investment, legal, or lending advice.
- Use AI-altered images without clearly disclosing they are edited, where disclosure is required.
Unlawful and abusive use
- Violate any law, MLS rule, or professional code of ethics.
- Infringe others’ rights, submit others’ personal data without authorization, or attempt to breach security, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Human review
Every output is a draft. You are responsible for having a qualified person review and approve content before it is published or relied upon. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
