Run the buyer consult against a live 'buyer'

Lesson 11 of 11 · AI plays that win deals

1 · Learn the move · Role-play

The buyer consult is where representation gets agreed or quietly skipped, and most agents have never practiced the moment a buyer says 'we'd rather not sign anything yet.' Role-play puts that buyer across the table tonight: realistic, a little guarded, asking the questions real buyers ask about what you do and what it costs them. You answer out loud, get pushed back on once, then get coached line by line. Ten runs before the real one, and the real one stops being the first.

Role-play a first-time buyer who likes me but doesn't want to sign a buyer agreement yet, so I can practice the consult. Stay in character until I say 'coach me.'
[what I usually say]

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

A couple from your open house wants to 'see a few places first' before signing anything. Your consult has always drifted into a tour pitch. Write a prompt that makes Claude the guarded buyer, lets you run the consult, and then scores how you explained representation, your services and what it costs them, without putting a promise in your mouth.

Write the prompt for this scenario as given, or swap in a real one from your own work. The score works the same either way.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
