AI coaching from your call transcripts, consent first

Rung 4 of 10 · Constraints + negative instructions

1 · Learn the move · Constraints + negative instructions

Feeding your recorded client calls to an AI for coaching is genuinely useful and quietly risky: recording-consent law is two-party in many states, and a raw transcript is full of a client's PII. The technique is to lead with the don'ts. Never process a recording unless consent is confirmed for that call, and strip or mask personal identifiers before any analysis. Recording-consent rules vary by state, so the setup treats consent as UNKNOWN-to-confirm per call rather than assuming it, and routes the specifics to your broker or attorney; the coaching is about your technique, not the client's data.

Before you analyze any call transcript, confirm recording consent for that call and mask the client's PII. If consent isn't confirmed, do NOT process it. Tell me to verify my state's two-party rule first. Then coach my technique only.

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

You've been recording buyer discovery calls and want AI to coach your questioning technique. Two of the calls happened with clients in a two-party-consent state, and you're not sure everyone was told they were being recorded. The transcripts include full names, phone numbers, and a client's financing details. Write a prompt that gates the whole thing on consent and PII handling before any coaching happens.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
