The plain-language process explainer for a nervous client

Rung 3 of 10 · Context + audience

1 · Learn the move · Context + audience

A complex step, an inspection, an appraisal, a title review. Can frighten a client who hasn't sold a home in decades, and a wall of jargon makes it worse. The move is to give AI the context (the exact step, what the client is anxious about) and the audience (a nervous first-in-a-long-time seller who wants it in plain words), and ask it to explain the step simply and honestly, without downplaying or over-promising. The explainer clarifies what happens next; it never gives legal, tax, or financial advice. Anything in those zones is named and handed to the right professional.

Explain this one step of the process in plain, calm language for a client who's nervous and hasn't sold in decades. Say what happens and what they do; no jargon, no scare, no over-promising. Route anything legal/tax/financial to the right pro; invent no number or timeline.

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

Your client, selling for the first time in 35 years, got the buyer's inspection report back and called you sounding worried: "They found things. Does this mean the sale falls apart? Do I have to fix everything?" You want to send her a short, calm explainer of what the inspection step actually is and what happens next. Write a prompt that explains it plainly without promising an outcome or giving legal advice.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
