The AI-disclosure check gives a whole listing a go/fix verdict; this is the auditor you point at any copy on any channel, an email, a caption, an ad. Steering language slips into those as easily as listings, and generic AI has no Fair Housing filter. The skill is a red-team that flags every risky phrase, names the protected class, and rewrites it, weighted to catch the coded proxies ('safe', 'good schools', 'family-friendly') that humans miss, because the publishing agent is the one liable.
