Design the AI that qualifies leads 24/7
Lesson 4 of 10 · AI plays that win deals
1 · Learn the move · Agents + multi-step
The speed-to-lead play sends one reply you approve; this designs the standing agent behind it. The skill is specifying a responder that greets a lead at midnight, asks the three or four questions that reveal intent one at a time, decides to book or nurture, escalates to you at the right trigger, and never steers, so you wake up to booked calls, not cold inquiries.
You are a lead-qualifying assistant. When a new lead messages, ask them some questions to qualify them and book a call. [lead message]
2 · Your turn. You write the prompt
A Zillow lead comes in at 11:41pm: 'Is 14 Maple still available?' You're asleep. You want a responder that answers instantly, qualifies without interrogating, books a morning call, and never says anything that could steer the buyer. Write the prompt that defines that responder.
Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.
Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
