Wrap up the day into the deal file

Lesson 4 of 5 · Run your week

By the end you can turn a day of texts, calls and showing notes into one entry per transaction: what happened, what was decided, what changed, and what is open with an owner.

1 · Learn the move · Recipe pattern

The day's real record lives in your texts, your call log, a sticky note on the dash, and your memory, which is gone by Monday. A ten-minute wrap-up fixes that if it always has the same shape. DONE: showings held, offers sent, documents signed, with the address on every line. DECIDED: what the seller or buyer decided and when, one line each. CHANGED: any date, price or term that moved, written as a change with the old and new value, not folded into prose. OPEN: what is not finished, each with an owner and a date. The model sorts your scraps into that shape and stops there. It does not tidy a figure it cannot see in your notes, and it does not turn 'buyer seemed cool on it' into a conclusion. Anything missing becomes [NEEDS: ...] so you see the hole before the file closes for the night.

Turn my notes from today into deal-file entries, one per address: [paste texts, call notes, showing feedback]. Sections for each: DONE / DECIDED (what, who, when) / CHANGED (old value, new value) / OPEN (item, owner, date). Use only what is in my notes. Any missing value, name or date = [NEEDS: ...]. Do not interpret anyone's mood; 'seemed cool on it' stays as I wrote it.

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

It is 7:10 pm. Today you showed four homes to the Nguyens, your Maple Street seller accepted a counter at 2 pm, the inspection on Birch Lane moved from Thursday to Monday because the inspector got sick, and a buyer's agent texted that her clients 'might come back with something'. Your notes are six texts, a voicemail, and a showing sheet in the car.

Write the prompt for this scenario as given, or swap in a real one from your own work. The score works the same either way.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
