Speed-to-lead: the instant first response that qualifies

Rung 1 of 10 · RTO. Role · Task · Output

1 · Learn the move · RTO. Role · Task · Output

Speed-to-lead is won in minutes, the agent who replies first usually gets the appointment. But a fast reply that guesses is worse than a slow one. The RTO move pins the role (you're the ISA), the task (a first-touch reply that confirms the lead's OWN stated needs), and the output (a short SMS and a matching email), so the AI answers the inquiry instead of embroidering it. A name, a photo, or the neighborhood they asked about tells you nothing about the person. You qualify on the timeline, budget, and must-haves THEY typed, never on who you imagine they are. And you confirm nothing you haven't verified: if you don't know the home is still active, the reply says so rather than promising it.

You are my ISA. Write a first-touch reply (SMS + email) to this portal lead in under 60 words. Confirm only the criteria they stated, ask one qualifying question, and do NOT claim the home is available or quote a price I haven't verified. Mark those UNKNOWN. I send it; honor any opt-out.

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

A Zillow inquiry lands at 9:04pm on 128 Birch St (listed at $389,000). The lead, name shown as Maria Gonzalez, wrote: 'Is this still available? We'd need to be moved in by end of September.' You have not checked whether the listing is still active tonight. Write a prompt that drafts an instant first response that qualifies on what she actually said. And refuses to promise the home is available.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
