The weekly system: consistency beats intensity
Lesson 5 of 6 · Instagram lead engine
1 · Learn the move · Recipe pattern
Accounts grow on cadence, not bursts. Five posts in one motivated Sunday then three dark weeks reads as abandonment to both followers and the algorithm. The fix is a recipe: a fixed Mon–Fri rotation where each weekday has one slot with one job, Attract to get the follow, Nurture to become the choice, Convert to get the DM. Plus the exact input you owe each slot and a time cap. Ask AI for the recipe's components and run it identically every week; the system does the deciding so Tuesday-you doesn't have to. Any slot that needs a market fact names the real input you must pull. The recipe never fills it with a guess.
Build my Mon–Fri Instagram recipe: one slot per weekday with the stage (Attract/Nurture/Convert), the post's one job, the post type, the exact input I must supply that week, and a 20-minute cap per slot. Same recipe every week. Where a slot needs a market fact, name the input as REQUIRED. Never fill it with an assumed number.
2 · Your turn. You write the prompt
You post in bursts and then go dark for weeks, and every morning starts with 'what do I even post?' Write a prompt that turns Attract → Nurture → Convert into a fixed five-slot weekly recipe. Each slot with its job, its post type, the real input it needs from you, and a time cap.
Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.
Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
